The re-competitive selection of children’s animated films and family films imported into the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan for dubbing into the Kazakh language was declared invalid due to the suppliers’ non-compliance with the requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Cinematography” dated January 3, 2019, as well as the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Public Procurement” dated December 4, 2015 for the conclusion of a public procurement contract.
